Murder isn't funny

This post will go hand in hand with the quarantine post.

There is NOTHING funny about murder. I want you all to STOP posting that you are going to murder your spouse. It's not funny. You have never stood on this side. You have never had to watch the life of the person you love most in this world slip out of your hands. You have never had to go make funeral arrangements. You have never had to bury your spouse or pick up your spouse's ashes. You have never had to stand up and give a heartbreaking eulogy. You have never had to follow that casket out to the hearse.

So while you sit there and you make disgusting jokes about murdering your spouse, I would give up everything to have mine back. You take the most basic blessing for granted. You seem to have forgotten that life is short and tomorrow isn't promised. If that is your chosen person, you should be able to get through this. You may disagree and fight at times but you should not be at the point of murder and divorce.

There is nothing in the world that prepares you for the moment you go from wife to widow. Literally nothing. You might think you can handle that life but you don't know until it's you. You don't!

So this will be the last time I take to this page and beg you to STOP posting about how you want your spouse to DIE! You don't know what you are saying. CLEARLY! Cherish this time that people like me are begging for. Cherish the time that you probably wouldn't have unless you're retired. Make the best of a very difficult situation. Please. I beg of you. But if you still can't, then please be mindful of what you say or share on Facebook because I assure you, every single widow/widower is getting infuriated that people are sharing this crap!
